I am a designer, trained as an engineer, worked as a programmer, validation tester, project leader, and scrum master who aged enough to be unemployable in the computer field .. so I am now retraining as a blacksmith and working as a postman her in Belgium. Wierd how life goes eh? For me working in a team is an agile process driven by clear communications; with end-users to learn the design intent and when verifying the result, and within the implementation team and management structure to enable collaboration. I am curious, learned, generous, and dedicated to achieving a realistic level of perfection.
